I do not run multiple jobs at the same time. Once a start date is agreed, I stay until work is completed.
I don’t ask for an up-front payment unless you wish to pay a deposit to secure my services. Costs accrued purchasing materials is reimbursed at the beginning of the job and an invoice for payment is only issued once the work is completed to your satisfaction.
I only use quality tools, trade paints and materials by the leading manufacturers.
